Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of bookresorts.com and our network of resort booking sites, operated by SVH Tours & Travel Services (“BookResorts”, “we”). By making a reservation you agree to them.

Who you are booking with

BookResorts is an independent travel agency. We are not the hotel, and we are not owned by or affiliated with the hotel brands featured. When you book, we act as your booking agent: your reservation is confirmed in the hotel’s reservation system through our accommodation suppliers, and you receive a hotel confirmation number.

Prices and payment

The total shown at checkout is what your card is charged, taxes and booking fees included. Your card statement reflects a charge from our agency. Rates are contracted wholesale rates and may differ from prices published elsewhere.

Cancellations and changes

Each rate carries its own cancellation policy, displayed before you confirm. Rates marked free cancellation are refundable in full until the stated deadline. To cancel or change a reservation, call 1-888-605-1350 (24/7) or email support@bookresorts.com.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for booking the accommodation you selected at the price you confirmed. The stay itself — the room, amenities and services — is provided by the hotel. Where an issue with a stay arises, contact us and we will work with the property and our suppliers to resolve it.

Trademarks

Hotel names, marks and photography identify the properties available for booking and remain the property of their owners.
