What we collect

To complete a reservation we collect the guest and billing details you enter: name, email, phone, billing address, and stay details. Card numbers are tokenized by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.

How we use it

Your details are used to confirm your reservation with the hotel and our accommodation suppliers, to charge the amount you approved, to send your confirmation, and to support you before and during your stay. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share reservation details only with the parties needed to deliver your booking: the hotel, the accommodation supplier confirming the reservation, and our payment processor.
