About Excellence Playa Mujeres - Adults Only All Inclusive

Excellence Playa Mujeres sits on Playa Mujeres in Punta Sam, Quintana Roo, and is built around grown-up leisure. Only guests 18 and older are welcome, and the 450 guestrooms are reached through a resort that rewards slow days: a complimentary buffet breakfast to start, then a choice between the private beach and one of seven outdoor swimming pools, with pool umbrellas for shade.

Those who like to stay busy have plenty to do. Sailing, scuba diving, snorkeling and volleyball are all available on site, and a fitness facility is open around the clock. When it is time to wind down, the full-service spa offers massages, body treatments and facials, and the Turkish bath/hammam and sauna add to the unwinding. Spa treatments and massages require a reservation, which you can arrange by contacting the resort before arrival using the details on your booking confirmation. Quieter moments fit in too, with a rooftop terrace, a library and a garden.

Dining and drinking are a big part of the stay. The resort has 10 restaurants, among them Toscana, plus 11 bars and lounges, including a beach bar and poolside bars. A cafe handles snacks, there is a snack bar/deli, and 24-hour room service means a late-night bite is never far away. Vegetarian and vegan menu options are available, and the resort sources at least 80% of its food locally on site.

Day to day, the resort keeps things easy: free WiFi, a 24-hour front desk, concierge service, multilingual staff, porters and free valet parking. Tour and ticket assistance, an ATM, gift shops and wedding services round out the offering. The property also invests in sustainability, with wind-sourced renewable energy, a vegetable garden, composting, grey water recycling and no single-use plastic straws. The resort welcomes guests of all sexual orientations and gender identities.
